ON A NIGHT LIKE THIS
Through form, color, composition and my choice of material I am attempting to evoke our sensory behavior. I am interested in the types of emotions people usually put aside, left for the subconscious or dreams.
The bed can be a place of comfort, peace, and beginning of life, sex but it is also a place of death, sickness, and loneliness. Once our subconscious takes over our sleep we are no longer safe from it.
Our dreams run wild and we surrender.
